DIRECTIONS TO SUMMIT REALTY
FROM NEW YORK AND POINTS EAST:
Take route 80W to New Jersey Exit 34B (Sparta, NJ.). Take Rt. 15 to Rt. 206N Cross Delaware River Bridge at Milford, PA; turn right to Rt. 6W to “T” at Lake Wallenpaupack. Turn right (still Rt.6W), Summit Realty is on the right less than ½ mile.

FROM LONG ISLAND AND NEW YORK:
Follow New York Thruway to Exit 16 at Harriman to Rt. 17 W to Exit 121W to Rt. 84W toward Port Jervis. Remain on Rt. 84W to Exit 30 in PA. (Blooming Grove). Take Rt. 402N to end, turn left on Rt. 6W to “T” at Lake Wallenpaupack. Turn right (still Rt. 6W); Summit Realty is on right less than ½ mile.

FROM STATEN ISLAND:
Outer Bridge to Rt. 287N. Cross Delaware River Bridge at Milford, PA; turn Rt.to
Rt. 6W to “T” at Lake Wallenpaupack. Turn Right (still Rt.6W); Summit Realty is on the
right less than ½ mile.

FROM PITTSBURGH AND POINTS WEST:
Rt. 80E to Rt. 81N. to Rt. 380E. to Rt. 84E. Get off 84E. at Exit 8 (Mt. Cobb). Turn left at end of exit ramp. At intersection turn right onto Rt. 348. Take Rt. 348 to Rt. 590E. Follow Rt. 590E to a “T”. at John’s General Store in Hawley. Turn right. Summit Realty is on the left about ½ mile.

FROM PHILADELPHIA AND POINTS SOUTH:
Take the Northeast Extension of the Pa. Turnpike to Exit 37 (Wyoming Valley) to Rt. 81N. to Rt. 380E to Rt. 84E. Rest of directions same as above.
